How we count uptime
Major incidents at our infrastructure providers — Supabase, the YouTube Data API, Stripe, and Resend — are excluded from our primary uptime calculation but tracked separately and disclosed here. Because ThumbnailsMaker depends on all four, realistic combined-service availability is roughly 99.0–99.5%, not a headline "100%". We would rather state that plainly than round it away.
