Refund Policy

We want ThumbnailsMaker to be an easy decision, so we keep refunds simple and honest. This page describes our voluntary money-back guarantee and, in addition, your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer.

15-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel your first subscription within 15 days of starting it, you receive a full refund of your last payment — no questions, no retention form. The refund is issued automatically when you confirm the cancellation from your account settings, and your access ends immediately at that point.

Outside the 15-day window, and for any subsequent subscription, refunds are handled case by case — just email support@thumbnailsmaker.com and we’ll look at it fairly.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings, without giving reasons and without completing any form. If no refund applies, your plan simply remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and does not renew.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

Independently of the guarantee above, if you are a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract, as set out below. Where the statutory right and our voluntary guarantee overlap, whichever is more favourable to you applies.

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, you must inform us (Alexa Wagner, support@thumbnailsmaker.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services under the contract.
